Na początku września 2019 r. zgodnie z wcześniejsza zapowiedzią premiera M. Morawieckiego prawdopodobnie rozpocznie się nabór wniosków w programie Mój Prąd. W ramach programu Rząd zaplanował 1mld zł dofinansowania na instalację fotowoltaiczną. Dofinansowanie to jest w formie bezzwrotnej i obejmuję do 50% kosztów związanych z instalacją i odpowiednim oprzyrządzeniem. Dofinansowanie na jedną instalację wyniesie nie więcej niż 5000 zł. Wsparciem objęte zostaną instalację o 2-10 Kw mocy zainstalowanej. Program skierowany jest w szczególności do gospodarstw domowych pochodzących z terenów mniej zurbanizowanych.

SKŁADANIE WNIOSKÓW

Wnioski o dofinansowanie należy składać w formie papierowej i przesłać za pomocą poczty, kuriera lub złożyć osobiście w Narodowym Funduszu Ochrony Środowiska i Gospodarki Wodnej. W chwili składania wniosku projekt musi być zakończony, zatem można go złożyć po zakupie i montażu instalacji, podpisaniu umowy dwustronnej z dystrybutorem energii, oraz po instalacji licznika dwukierunkowego. Po zatwierdzeniu wniosek staję się zarówno umową o dofinansowanie jak i wnioskiem o płatność.

Załączniki do wniosku:

1. faktura za zakup i montaż instalacji,

2. dowód zapłaty faktury,

3. dokument potwierdzający instalację licznika dwukierunkowego wraz z danymi identyfikacyjnymi konkretnej umowy kompleksowej (wzór dokumentu, będzie dostępny na stronie NFOŚiGW)

1. Wnioskodawca nie może ubiegać się o ponowne dofinansowanie w ramach programu Mój Prąd w przypadku, gdy otrzymał dofinansowanie lub jest w trakcie realizowania instalacji fotowoltaicznej w ramach innego programu.

2. Dofinansowanie może być udzielone jedynie na nowe urządzenia

3. Projekt nie może dotyczyć wzrostu mocy już wcześniej zainstalowanej instalacji

4. Beneficjent zobowiązany jest do zgody na ewentualne przeprowadzenie kontroli instalacji w okresie 3 lat od dnia wypłaty dofinansowania.

5. Beneficjent zobowiązany jest do zgody na przetwarzania i opublikowanie swoich danych osobowych .
